As long as items are in re-sellable condition, you will receive a refund once we receive the items. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Please include your order number and take note of the return tracking number.
We cannot cancel your order once your item has shipped. If you would like to cancel your order before your item ships, email email@example.com. If they reply to your email before your package is shipped, they can cancel your order. We are not responsible for an order once it ships.
If a part of your item has broken within the 30 day money-back period, you will have the choice between a refund or an entire new item being sent to you. If a part breaks after 30 days, we are not responsible for replacement or refund. For instance, if the lid of a tumbler cracks, we cannot only replace the lid and will send you a whole new one free within 30 days. After 30 days, you would have to buy yourself an entire new one, we do not sell parts.
Yes we do offer wholesale options. You must operate a physical store location in order to qualify for an Ocean & Co wholesale account. We do not currently offer wholesale accounts for businesses selling online.
